Heartland Dental seeks an IT Analyst 1 – Inbound (DO Hardware) to deliver remote support to dental teams, resolve issues, and document service desk tickets. You’ll troubleshoot software, hardware, networks, and imaging systems, escalating as needed.
As the frontline IT contact, you’ll maintain documentation, participate in on-call shifts, and contribute to KPIs while providing excellent customer service and timely resolutions from a central remote help desk.
