- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Service Now Performance Analytics and Microsoft Power BI.
- Build and customize Service Now reports to monitor incidents, service requests, SLAs, and ticket resolution times.
- Extract, analyze, and integrate data from Service Now ITSM modules including Incident Management, Request Management, and CMDB.
- Active DoD Secret clearance required; must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Minimum of 10 years in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise Power BI dashboards and Service Now ITSM data.
- Opportunity to support mission-critical government IT operations in a fully remote role.
- Work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with technical teams and government stakeholders.
- Competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 based on experience.
