The Pro Active Technology Group seeks a NOC Engineer to own backups, alerts, and patch remediation for remote MSP clients. The role requires hands-on experience with Veeam B&R, Ninja One, and Windows patching, along with a focus on reducing remediation backlog.
As part of a part-time schedule, you will handle daily backup triage, alert fixes, and vulnerability remediation while producing regular reports and ensuring security compliance for managed systems.
