The Pro Active Technology Group is seeking a NOC Engineer focused on backup health, alert remediation, and patch management. This remote, part-time role covers troubleshooting backups, RMM alerts, and vulnerability remediation across client fleets.
You will run tests, document fixes, and maintain operational readiness during ET business hours with occasional after-hours escalations. Applicants should have MSP experience, Veeam B&R expertise, and strong patching and remediation skills.
