Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Mesa, AZ, is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide expert remote desktop and on-site support for Windows 11, Office 365, Citrix, printers and mobile devices. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5 years of experience are required; certifications such as MTA, A+, CCNA, or MCP/MCTS are preferred.
This full-time, on-site role includes documenting incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and contributing to service improvements, with up to 25% travel.
