IT Intern

Overview

Work and train with the industry's finest professionals! Flatiron Dragados' Intern Program provides challenging and rewarding work opportunities for students. This intern will work with the IT team.

What you will be doing

• Workstation Readiness: Ensure all office desks and conference rooms are "meeting-ready," including checking monitors, docking stations, and AV equipment.
• Help Desk: Monitor the incoming ticket queue and process trouble tickets.
• Mobile & Desktop Setup
  :
  
  Perform "white-glove" setups for new office staff, including configuring email and help with logons.
• Remote Support
  :
  
  Provide phone and screen-share assistance to offsite staff, guiding them through home-office connectivity or software errors.
• Asset Auditing
  :
  
  Maintain an organized IT storage area and perform regular audits of peripherals (keyboards, mice, adapters) to ensure the office is well-stocked.

Education and/or Experience

• IT interns/co-ops are required to be currently enrolled in Information Technology or a similar program at an accredited college or university.
