Job Description:
Requirements:
• Must have experience in healthcare Payer domain and good experience with EPIC PAYER PLATFORM.
• Interpret business needs and issues by gathering, analyzing, documenting, and validating the business area's functional and non-functional requirements.
• Experience in writing System Use Case and Technical Specification/Source to Target Mapping to drive the solution development in alignment with business requirements.
• Should possess good experience in writing requirements into JIRA stories covering all aspects.
• Strong Analytical, problem-solving, presentation skills and ability to work with minimal guidance.
• Experience working in Agile Projects and grooming stories which are needed for the Quality Assurance and Development team.
• Excellent communication skill and participates actively in team meetings discussion.
• Be ready to work in PST time zone client delivery from anywhere in US
Nice to Have:
• Exposure to Cloud application architecture such as Azure
• Knowledge of Data warehouse system
