Are you a seasoned Marketing Cloud specialist, looking to take ownership on end-to-end solutions, from greenfield and migration MC Next programmes, along with Data
360 and Agentforce

A long-standing, and award-winning Salesforce Partner who have consistently delivered 5 Star CSAT scores for their customers across UK & EU are growing due to project demand across marketing cloud solutions.

They are seeking someone with proven hands on experience, ideally having worked on a Marketing Cloud Next project
, OR MC Engagement and Data
360 with the hunger to learn and upskill.

This partner delivers transformational solutions to a wide breadth of customers from Fintech, Travel, HLS, Retail + Other so no two days will look the same. Typically, projects will be multi-cloud / stream, where you will gain direct exposure to the core platform.

What will you be doing?

• Leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations, taking ownership from initial discovery and solution design through to deployment and go-live.
• Designing scalable, end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Marketing Cloud & Data
  360
• Producing solution architecture, technical documentation, data models, user stories and integration designs.

Ideally we're looking for:

• Minimum 3 years hands on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Consultancy background / experience is highly preferred. We can can consider those from an end user background if technically, and hands on experience is at the required level
• Experience on MC Next
  - Preferred
• Any knowledge, or project experience across core platform
  - Desired
• Relevant Salesforce Certifications (MC Engagement, MC NEXT, Data
  360, Admin OR Similiar)
• Confident ability to lead and own stakeholder engagements from workshops, requirement sessions and training support

What are they looking for?

• 6+ years of Salesforce delivery experience, ideally at Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant or Architect level.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with experience across Marketing Cloud Next and/or Advanced particularly desirable.
• Proven experience leading solution design and delivering Salesforce implementations end to end.
• A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security and integrations.
• Previous experience running client workshops, discovery sessions and solution demonstrations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A consultancy background and a genuine passion for delivering successful customer outcomes.
