Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management Functional Consultant to lead functional design, configuration, implementation, and production support. Strong hands-on expertise in absence plans, accruals, eligibility, and Absence-related Fast Formulas is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management implementations and enhancements.
• Configure Absence Plans, Types, Accrual Plans, Qualification Plans, and Eligibility Profiles.
• Implement PTO, vacation, sick leave, and other leave policies.
• Develop and troubleshoot Absence-related Fast Formulas.
• Configure accruals, carryover, ceilings, proration, and plan limits.
• Gather business requirements and translate leave policies into Oracle configurations.
• Troubleshoot absence balances, eligibility, accruals, and production issues.
• Support CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization.
• Collaborate with Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor teams.
• Support absence data migration, HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BIP reporting.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud Absence Management functional consulting experience.
• Experience with Absence Plans, Types, Accrual Plans, Qualification Plans, and Eligibility Profiles.
• Expertise in PTO accruals, carryover rules, ceilings, proration, and plan limits.
• Strong Oracle HCM Fast Formula experience, particularly Absence-related formulas.
• Understanding of Core HR, employee assignments, eligibility, and enrollment rules.
• Experience with end-to-end implementations, functional documentation, testing, and production support.
• Ability to independently lead requirements gathering, configuration, troubleshooting, and solution delivery.
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) experience is highly preferred.
• Oracle Payroll, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, and BIP experience is a plus.
• Must be available during U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
