For our client, we are seeking a VP, Digital Experience to join the team of a leader in the Media space.
This leader will shape the strategy and execution of digital experiences across a range of online platforms and customer touchpoints. The role will translate client needs into actionable roadmaps that improve engagement, retention, and overall customer satisfaction. In partnership with UX, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders, this leader will guide the evolution of digital products and continuously optimize the customer journey using data-driven insights.
Location:
Remote
Compensation: $185,000 - $215,000 annually
Responsibilities- Lead the digital experience strategy for various online platforms
- Translate client needs into actionable digital strategies and roadmaps
- Identify improvements across the customer journey to boost engagement and retention
- Develop integrated customer experiences leveraging multiple digital channels
- Optimize customer journeys using data and insights to reduce friction
- Guide the evolution of digital products and platforms through collaboration with UX and engineering teams
- Establish continuous improvement programs for digital experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 12+ years of experience in digital experience, digital product, ecommerce, or related disciplines in leadership roles
- Proven track record of leading digital experience initiatives for major brands
- Experience in digital agencies or integrated consultancies preferred
- Strong understanding of UX/CX strategies and digital performance metrics
- Familiarity with modern CMS, CRM, and analytics tools
