Position is contingent upon contract award
This is a fully remote role.
Must be a U.S. citizen.
Equipment will be provided but must meet the remote position requirement provided below.
Must have the ability to pass a federal background check.
Position Requirements :
- Internet speed of 25mbps or higher required / 50 Mpbs for shared internet
connectivity (you can test this by going to ).
Minimum 5mpbs upload speed.
Connectivity to the internet via Category 5 or 6 ethernet patch cable to the
home internet router.
- Private work area and adequate power source
Responsible for assigning day-to-day work items.
Monitor employee performance for compliance with established protocol (SLA).
Work closely with other functional departments to ensure all work is completed timely and accurately.
Effectively lead, coach, train, and counsel direct reports.
Research and respond to any escalated inquiries and requests in a timely, professional, and informative manner.
Produce weekly/monthly reports to be presented to staff.
'- Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
'- Experience processing eligibility or benefits verification cases.
Familiarity with vital records and court documents.
Experience with mailroom and imaging operations.
Experience supervising work that handles PII.
