, working with top automotive brands to provide best-in-class products and service experiences. We’re currently seeking Automotive Claims Adjusters to join our growing team in Laval, Québec. This is an exciting, customer‑focused role where your automotive expertise and communication skills will shine. This position follows a hybrid work model, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaboration and connection of our Laval office.

• Adjudicate complex technical claims involving engines, transmissions, differentials, and electrical systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service through phone, online chat, email, and written communication.
• Monitor and manage service queues to ensure timely responses.
• Process claims accurately while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
• Collaborate with dealership partners and repair facilities.
• Participate in community giving initiatives, including four fully paid volunteer days each year.

• Strong technical background in automotive repair or service.
• Ability to analyze damage and prepare accurate estimates using Audatex or Mitchell‑on‑Demand.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Professional and courteous manner.
• Journeyperson certification or apprenticeship preferred.
• Valid Adjuster licenses.

Bilingual proficiency in French and English (oral and written) is required for this role. This position supports dealerships, customers, and repair facilities across all provinces in Canada. In compliance with Quebec’s Bill 98, candidates must be able to provide clear, professional service in both languages.
