Are you a bright, outgoing, people-oriented person who loves interacting with clients? As a Personal Insurance Advisor for our Renewal Team, you will help protect individuals' most valuable assets and provide outstanding client service with strong product knowledge in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

• Proactively engage with clients prior to policy renewals to review coverage, identify gaps, and propose tailored insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture relationships, ensure policies reflect clients' circumstances.
• Generate cross-sell opportunities by reviewing portfolios and recommending additional products.
• Achieve retention goals and client satisfaction through follow-up and attention to renewal details.
• Stay informed about Personal Lines products to provide expert advice.
• Hybrid role: in-branch and remote work flexibility.

• Minimum 1-year Personal Insurance experience
• Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset, but not required
• Desire and proactive ability to deliver exceptional client service
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
• Keen eye for detail and high sense of urgency
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales initiatives
• Industry designation (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma) would be an asset

The expected salary range is $45,000 to $50,000. Compensation may vary by skills, experience, location, and business line.
