What You’ll Do:
Underwrite and evaluate aviation risks with a focus on profitability and sustainable growthBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers, clients, and industry partnersDevelop tailored solutions for aviation insurance programs, including hull, liability, and specialized coveragesStay ahead of market trends and contribute to product development strategiesCollaborate with internal teams to drive business success and deliver top-tier serviceWhat We’re Looking For:
3+ years of underwriting experience in aviation (or specialty lines with exposure to aviation risks)Strong technical knowledge and ability to assess complex risksProven track record of building broker relationships and growing a book of businessExcellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skillsA proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for aviationWhy Join?
