Working from your home office space our Senior Claims Field Representatives will be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on having a sharp eye on detail while keeping the customer experience top of mind.

When our clients suffer a loss, our Claims Field Representatives responds on the scene. They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt onsite or in the field investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and settlement of moderate and complex claims.

Our Field Claims Field Representatives are open-minded, understanding, and passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our clients and delivering excellent customer service.

We want your talent!

If you are great at:

Completing inspections of personal and commercial claims

Capturing the scope of damages to settle claims

Reviewing, policies and technical reports

Making decisions on coverage, and negotiating settlements of claims

Effectively managing a busy day to day schedule

Providing a great Customer experience

And you have:

Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related

Working towards the CIP designation

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience as a commercial liability insurance field claims adjuster

A valid driver’s license and an excellent driving record

Ability to work after hours and weekends during the scheduled-on call rotation

Availability to travel as needed

Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite

Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Vendors

We’re committed to pay transparency and fairness. The base salary range for this role is $70,000 - $100,000, which reflects the expected base pay – not the total compensation package. The actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position. We’re also open to candidates at different levels, so if this range doesn’t quite match your expectations, don’t let that hold you back — we’d still love to hear from you.
