This is a 100% home-based position, equipped with all necessary tools including a top-of-the-range Apple Mac Book and additional screens. You will manage a caseload of Liability claims, primarily Employer’s and Public Liability claims up to £25,000 across various sectors such as hospitality, manufacturing, and leisure. The role also involves handling some 3rd party property damage and Products Liability claims.

You will negotiate claims to final settlement, supported by advanced technology and a dedicated Claims Support Team. The team operates independently within the Casualty division, which allows for significant input into its future direction.

We seek Liability or Casualty Claims Handlers with experience in insurance companies, brokers, loss adjusters, or legal environments. Candidates must be self-motivated, well-organized, client-focused, and possess excellent communication skills, especially for handling difficult conversations with empathy.

The working hours are flexible around a typical 09:00 - 17:00 schedule, with options to work outside these hours for personal commitments.

The salary is up to circa £38,000, negotiable based on experience, with additional company benefits and support for professional qualifications. Opportunities for progression are abundant as the company continues to expand its MGA partnerships.
