Your new role- Undertake a range of duties in order to provide effective support to internal claims handling teams
- Adhere to agreed processes and procedures to ensure accurate recording and processing of information
- Operate an effective ‘helpline’ facility to clients in order to provide a high standard of client care
- Respond to client requests in accordance with service standards
- Develop effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain databases and documentation including the logging of new claims within agreed service levels, in order to allow the Claims team to offer an excellent standard of service
- Conduct a continuous review of the status of all outstanding claims
- Strong organisational and analytical skill able to prioritise
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance with specific reference to the relevant class of business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
