Your new role
  • Support processes and procedures to ensure that efficient and effective support is provided to the team
  • Adhere to agreed processes and procedures
  • Respond to client requests in accordance with service standards
  • Develop effective working relationships internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain databases and documentation within agreed Service Levels, to allow the Claims team to offer an excellent standard of service
  • Process and reconcile information
  • Learn about standard procedures and processes
About You
  • Strong organisational and analytical skill able to prioritise
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic understanding of insurance and reinsurance with specific reference to the relevant class of business
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
