Position: Insurance Expert - AI Training & Evaluation (Fully Remote)

• We are seeking experienced insurance professionals to help train and evaluate advanced AI models for insurance-related applications.
• You will develop complex underwriting and claims scenarios, assess AI-generated decisions, and ensure outputs meet rigorous industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design complex underwriting scenarios and claims assessment cases with clear reference answers.
• Evaluate AI-generated recommendations and identify errors in risk classification, policy interpretation, and claims adjudication.
• Provide detailed, evidence-based explanations of evaluation results and apply practical insurance judgment to complex cases.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in underwriting, claims management, risk assessment, or a closely related insurance role.
• Strong practical knowledge of life, health, general, or specialty insurance, with excellent written communication and analytical reasoning.
• Fully remote work from anywhere in India with a flexible, task-based schedule.
