Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote Entry Level English-Mandarin Medical OPI/VRI role. The Medical Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive over-the-phone interpretation services between English and Mandarin in medical settings. The role will involve facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care.
Qualifications- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Relevant certification in Medical Interpretation or related field (preferred)
- HIPAA compliant
- Ethernet connection (connected directly to router via cable), no Wi-Fi
- Noise-canceling mic and USB connection headset
- Have full-time availability from MON-FRI
