This is a full-time remote Entry Level English‑Mandarin Medical OPI/VRI role. The Medical Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate consecutive over-the-phone interpretation services between English and Mandarin in medical settings. The role will involve facilitating communication between healthcare providers and patients to ensure effective understanding and care.

• Fluency in English and Mandarin
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Relevant certification in Medical Interpretation or related field (preferred)
• HIPAA compliant

• Ethernet connection (connected directly to router via cable), no Wi‑Fi
• Noise‑canceling mic and USB connection headset
• Have full-time availability from MON‑FRI
