• Provide technical support to the product group and merchants regarding new products and integrations
• Prepare customized POS test scripts for each solution and verify results from test executions
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for new certifications and assist external developers in resolving variances
• Develop and manage relationships with POS developers, third-party processors, and other business areas
• Coordinate testing with partner technicians to implement quality assurance procedures before POS system deployment

• High School diploma and relevant post‑secondary education or experience
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Bilingual (French/English) required
• Excellent communication and writing skills for clear specifications and reports
• Ability to manage multiple activities and tasks under time constraints

• Knowledge of Tandem and Base‑24 systems
• Understanding of credit card operations (Visa, Master Card, AMEX) and Interac regulations
• Strong problem‑solving and investigation skills
