Are you a Building Energy Management Systems (BEMS) Engineer looking to transition from hands‑on work to a leadership role with a market‑leading company? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic team as a BEMS Energy Support Supervisor. The company’s innovative systems and practices create an organised and efficient work environment in a modern office, equipped with the latest technology and supported by a friendly, collaborative team.

• Team Leadership:
  Oversee a dedicated team performing energy-focused preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems.
• Customer Support:
  Respond to customer service calls and emails, addressing system faults efficiently.
• Training & Development:
  Help develop and train colleagues to enhance their knowledge, understanding, and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Reporting:
  Create detailed reports for remote maintenance activities.

• Industry Expertise:
  At least 5 years of experience in the building controls industry, with proficiency in one or more of the following systems:
  Trend, Tridium, Siemens Desigo CC.
• Diagnostic
  
  Skills:
  
  Proven ability to systematically identify and resolve technical problems.
• Energy Reporting:
  Experience in energy reporting and analysis is preferred but not essential.
• Communication:
  Strong communication skills and high levels of customer service for remote-based client interactions.
• Teamwork:
  Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team.
