Qualifications- Excellent listening, retention, and note‑taking skills to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Ability to concentrate, stay detached from the conversation, and remain neutral and objective
- Ability to quickly establish personal credibility
- Ability to follow the client's instructions closely
- Ability to explain certain cultural concepts to avoid miscommunication with the client's permission or at the client's request
- B2 CEFR English level; bilingual with other required languages
- Able to work from home on a permanent basis
- Provide language interpretation from one language to another for individuals with language barriers so they can understand and communicate with each other
- Handle telephone or video calls on demand and render the meaning of conversations in consecutive mode of interpretation between speakers of English
- Process information quickly and concisely, recognize sensitive cultural differences, and remain professional and courteous at all times
- Use appropriate industry terminology and understand common industry procedures and practices; calls may involve simple to complex, non‑technical or technical subjects in Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Utilities, Travel and Hospitality, 911 emergency services, Law Enforcement, Courts, and General Business
