Position: Bilingual English–Russian Language Professional

Compensation: $15–$25/hour

Commitment: 10+ hours/week

• Review and evaluate AI-generated Russian translations for fluency, clarity, and accuracy.
• Flag mistranslations and unnatural or awkward phrasing in Russian content.
• Suggest improvements to align translations with natural usage in Russia.
• Provide structured feedback on tone, regional phrasing, and linguistic quality.
• Maintain high reading speed and attention to detail while working independently and asynchronously.

Must-Have

• Native or near-native fluency in both Russian and English.
• Strong familiarity with Russian language usage in Russia.
• 1+ year of experience in translation, editing, or language quality assurance.
• Excellent reading comprehension and written communication skills.
• High attention to linguistic and cultural nuance.
