Impression Scanning Specialist

Pop On Smiles  is a US-based company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual in the UK to support our production process by reviewing and scanning dental impressions sent in by our customers.

This role is well suited for someone who enjoys focused, hands‑on work, follows clear processes, and is comfortable working independently from home. Full training is provided, and no prior dental experience is required.

• Receive and review physical dental impression packages
• Clean, prepare, and scan impressions into our digital system
• Follow structured, repeatable processes to ensure accuracy
• Confirm quality before files move forward in production

• This is an independent contractor role, not an employment position
• Work is ongoing and aligned with regular customer shipments
• Daily workload may vary, with flexibility built into the schedule

• Enjoy detail-focused, structured work
• Are comfortable using a computer and learning new software
• Can work independently in a home-based environment
• Are returning to work after time away or prefer flexibility in daily hours
• Prefer a calm, process-driven role

• Must operate as a self-employed contractor
• Must be able to receive payments via Wise
• Located in the United Kingdom
• Able to work independently from a home environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Reliable internet connection and appropriate home setup
• Able to receive and handle multiple packages each week
• Experience with scanning, imaging, or technical equipment is helpful but not required (full training provided)
