Tax Slayer is seeking fully bilingual English/Spanish Customer Support Representatives to support our Spanish-speaking customers during the 2026/2027 tax season. This is a fully remote, seasonal role, requiring live in Florida and the ability to assist clients via phone, email, and chat.
You will provide courteous service, explain product features, troubleshoot issues, and help customers navigate their tax filing experience.
