We are currently looking for a Wills and Estates Litigation Lawyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a passionate and hard-working lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario with a minimum of three years of practice specific to litigation in Wills and Estates.

Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., but lawyers are expected to meet all deadlines and professional expectations.
ResponsibilitiesRole:
Wills and Estates Litigation Lawyer. Work includes litigation within Wills and Estates practice areas, with a focus on providing high-quality legal representation and advice. The firm supports ongoing professional development and mentoring in legal practice and business development.
Requirements: Minimum experience of three years or more working in litigation focusing on Wills and Estates (not including articling).
Employment TypeEmployment type: Full-time, Permanent. Hybrid remote work schedule can be discussed after initial onboarding and training is complete.
Compensation and BenefitsCompensation: Salary based on experience, plus a bonus structure. Benefits include health insurance, dental coverage, AD&D insurance, life insurance, and the ability to incorporate hybrid work. Additional benefits include social events.
