About You:

• You are a Real Estate Solicitor with 2+ years PQE, ideally with experience in a Legal 500-ranked real estate team.
• Demonstrable experience in residential development work, from site acquisitions to strategic land agreements.
• Excellent client care, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
