We are working with a well-established and growing Conveyancing practice in Derby — part of the wider PM Law Group — who are currently expanding and opening a second office. Due to this growth they are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their busy team.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a thriving, supportive conveyancing department of 36 staff, with a strong pipeline of work and excellent career progression. This is a new role created through expansion, not a replacement hire.

We are looking for a Conveyancing Fee Earner with solid experience managing a caseload of residential property matters. Formal qualification is not required – experience is what matters. Senior applicants, including qualified Property Lawyers, are also encouraged to apply.

You should have experience in:

• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• New build purchases
• Staircasing matters
• Managing your own caseload from instruction to completion

• Proven fee‑earning experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to work independently and as part of a large, supportive team
• Strong client‑care skills and a proactive approach
• Someone who can confidently hit the ground running
• A positive, professional and friendly personality

They are actively interviewing through agencies, but this specific role has not yet been interviewed for. They aim to appoint someone by March to meet operational budgeting timelines.
