Legal Manager

We are seeking a qualified legal professional to support cross-functional teams and help guide the company through complex regulatory environments as we expand our products internationally.

• Provide day-to-day legal support for cross-functional departments, including support for business process improvement, operational matters, and international expansion of the products.
• Advise and support cross-functional teams on various areas of law and industry as needed.
• Review, negotiate, and/or draft legal documents across a wide range of areas related to the company’s business operations.
• Advise and guide business teams on legal issues and develop creative, compliant solutions.
• Handle a broad range of general corporate legal matters.
• Support the creation, standardization, and implementation of legal compliance, policies, terms & conditions, internal working procedures, and standard operating guidelines.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Indonesian qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of solid experience, including at least 3 years in reputable law firms, followed by in-house experience.
• Experience in digital, fintech/ M&A/ data privacy/ payments and tech industries is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of relevant local laws and regulations and proven experience liaising with local regulatory bodies.
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and work under pressure without compromising quality.
• Ability to adapt and a strong willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
