Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Associate at Solaris Law, based in the Manchester Area, United Kingdom within the technical litigation department, asset based lending team. The position follows a hybrid work model, allowing a combination of in-office and work-from-home arrangements. The Associate will handle a variety of tasks, including conducting legal research, managing case files, drafting legal documents, preparing for hearings, and providing legal advice.

The role involves direct interaction with clients, ensuring effective communication and delivery of legal solutions aligned with their goals.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in legal research, case management, and preparation for hearings
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents and delivering accurate legal advice
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively address client needs
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) and qualification as a solicitor or equivalent in the United Kingdom
• Experience in debt recovery and commercial litigation is required with experience in asset based lending being sought.
