A modern immigration practice is looking for a full-time immigration attorney to handle family-based immigration cases. You'll own a full caseload, represent clients in immigration court, and build strong evidence packages. The ideal candidate has a J.D., active U.S. bar license, and at least 3 years of immigration law experience. Fluency in Spanish is required.

This role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 to $140,000 and a remote work culture.
