Work Remotely! Workers Comp Attorney Needed to Join Great Team!
Join Score Media as a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to manage the legal defense of workers’ compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including discovery and litigation. Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. The role is fully remote with optional office space.
Responsibilities- Manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution.
- Handle all aspects of discovery and litigation.
- Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
- Collaborate with the firm’s attorneys and support staff.
- Bachelor’s and Juris Doctor degree.
- Member of the State Bar of California.
- Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.
- Excellent written and oral communication.
- Commitment to proactive case management.
Base pay range: $100,000 – $220,000 per year.
- Competitive salary with quarterly bonus opportunities.
