Align is seeking highly-motivated junior and experienced technology lawyers to join our roster. The candidate must have:

• Experience drafting and negotiating technology related contracts including SaaS, software licensing and cloud computing;
• Experience with internet, social media and e-commerce issues;
• A solid understanding of general product, business development and policy related to online consumer facing platforms; and
• High level of professionalism and outstanding business judgement with strong academic and law firm credentials. In-house experience considered an asset.
