Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Real Estate Solicitor to join its dynamic team.

As a Senior Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice, managing complex transactions, and delivering comprehensive solutions to clients in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage real estate transactions from inception to completion. Provide strategic legal advice to clients on a wide range of real estate matters. Conduct thorough due diligence and review of property-related documentation. Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents. Mentor and support junior solicitors, providing guidance and training when necessary. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

Qualified Solicitor with 5 years PQE in real estate law. Proven track record of handling complex real estate transactions independently. Strong knowledge of property law, land acquisition, leasing, and development processes. Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Benefits:
