A forward-thinking technology firm in Greater London is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team. You will play a crucial role in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Commercial AI SaaS contracts while helping to establish the legal function in the EMEA region. Ideal candidates should be English qualified lawyers with at least 2 years of experience in commercial law, preferably supporting SaaS business development teams.
