As a Senior Corporate Lawyer, you will provide expert legal advice and representation on a wide range of corporate law matters. Your role will involve advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and other complex corporate transactions.

• Provide strategic legal advice on corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance, and commercial contracts.
• Represent clients in corporate transactions and negotiations.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support transaction strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, shareholder agreements, and regulatory filings.
• Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and external experts to develop and implement effective legal strategies.

• Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate law.
• Proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions and advisory work.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
