Corporate Lawyer

Our client, a highly respected regional law firm with a long-standing presence in the South Yorkshire market, is seeking a talented Corporate Lawyer (1 – 4 years PQE) to join their growing, award winning team.

What you’ll be doing :

Working within an experienced, collaborative team and award winning team, you will:

* Advise a broad range of business clients, including SMEs, entrepreneurs and regional corporates.

* Handle corporate transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, restructures and shareholder matters.

* Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documentation.

* Support due diligence processes and contribute to transaction management.

* Work closely with colleagues across complementary practice areas to deliver integrated advice.

* Build strong long-term relationships with clients through clear, pragmatic and commercially minded guidance.
