Position: Housing Disrepair Paralegal
Service Care Solutions is working with a local authority, based in Northamptonshire, which is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support their Housing Disrepair Claims team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional with housing or litigation experience to join a busy public sector legal service on a flexible, remote-working basis.

Housing Disrepair Paralegal

Location:

Northamptonshire – Remote
Umbrella Rate: £20 - £26ph
PAYE Inc. Rate: £18.01 - £23.23ph
Contract Length: 3 months ongoing

Key responsibilities are likely to include:

Assisting with the management of housing disrepair claims from instruction to resolution.
Reviewing evidence, correspondence, and legal documentation.
Supporting case preparation, including disclosure and drafting documents.

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, ideally within housing disrepair or litigation.
Experience working with or for a local authority (desirable but not essential).
The ability to work independently in a remote environment.
