A respected Legal 500 firm in Leeds is seeking a Legal Assistant to join its well-regarded Family team.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work directly with Partners and gain hands-on experience in family law matters. Previous experience in family law is not required, as full training and support will be provided.

The Role:

Providing legal and administrative support to Partners and fee earners

Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence

Managing files and supporting matters from instruction through to completion

Liaising with clients and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner

Supporting the day-to-day running of the Family team

The Candidate:

Previous experience in a legal support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential

A genuine interest in Family law and a willingness to learn

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Professional, approachable and client-focused
