Overview
A reputable legal recruitment firm is offering a great hybrid or fully home working opportunity for a Team Manager (HOD) to lead a specialist team of Residential Landlord & Tenant lawyers.
ResponsibilitiesThe role is to lead and manage the team, provide complex legal advice, and oversee servicing established clients.
QualificationsThe candidate must be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX / FILEX with substantial experience in Landlord & Tenant work and in team management.
Working patternThe position primarily operates Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm, with flexibility for occasional office days.
