Your Opportunity at Arc’teryx

As the Manager, Supply Planning, your team plays a key role in Arc’teryx’s Sourcing team by developing, evaluating and optimizing seasonal finished goods capacity and production plans across our finished goods supplier network. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain planning, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the supply plan is delivered on time in full. You will support process improvement within Supply Planning and beyond, improving the efficiency of the planning process with factories as well as with cross-functional departments, including Merchandise Planning & Allocations, Raw Material Planning, Sourcing, Product Development and Commercial teams.

You will own the capacity plan, partnering closely with cross-functional planning teams to identify and mitigate gaps and opportunities in the balance of supply and demand, and drive continuous evolution of process through the planning cycles.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is open to hybrid remote work. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.

Meet Your Future Team

As the Manager, Supply Planning you will lead a highly dynamic and collaborative team of planners who are responsible for building finished goods capacity and production plans that deliver to our growing omnichannel global business on time and in full. • You own the finished goods capacity plan that ultimately delivers to the supply plan on time and in full, continuously monitoring the plan for risks and opportunities, and providing recommendations and alternatives to mitigate gaps through the planning and procurement cycles
