The role requires expertise in negotiating with complex suppliers and knowledge of optical materials, coatings, lenses, sensors, and related manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include direct procurement activities for high-value components, RFQ/RFP/PO issuance, and ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS/ITAR.
