As a grounds/recycling & staff residence facilities worker, you will help create an unforgettable experience for our guests by ensuring a consistently clean and well-maintained facility.

Responsibilities include:

• Daily upkeep of the staff residence building, common room, parking lot, and surrounding grounds
• Maintaining outdoor walkways and common room deck, including snow removal and spreading salt-mix
• Keeping hallways and fire exits clear of obstructions
• Vacuuming and washing floors, and ensuring fire safety equipment is in-date and accessible
• Inspecting areas and reporting maintenance work orders
• Maintaining grounds and outdoor facilities, including trash pickup and recycling
• Sorting and bundling cardboard and preparing recycling for transport

Organization and time management skills, passion for making a difference, Class 5 driver's license, mature, energetic, dependable, and self-motivated.

Ability to lift loads of up to 50 pounds, complete assignments with minimal supervision, and take initiative.

High attention to detail, experience in a custodial role an asset, tourism or hospitality industry experience an asset.
