Block Manager – York – £40k

One Property Recruitment is looking for an experienced Block Manager to oversee a local portfolio of 10‑14 leasehold blocks in East Yorkshire’s leading property management company in York. The role requires at least two years of block‑management experience and includes duties such as budget management, coordinating major works and chairing AGM’s.

• Managing a local portfolio of 10‑14 leasehold blocks
• Arranging major works to be completed
• Chairing Annual General Meetings with leaseholders
• Handling insurance claims
• Setting and managing the service charge budgets
• Upholding excellent customer service

• £40,000 salary
• One day working from home
• Monday – Friday working (9‑5:30)
• 22 days annual leave + bank holidays
• TPI sponsorship
• Clear scope for career progression

• 2 years’ experience in block management
• Full UK driving licence
• Customer‑service focused
• Excellent time‑management and people skills
