Overview

Service Operations Manager - Building Services / HVACR / Electrical. Up to £63,000 package dependent on experience. The role manages engineers across the South of the UK, leading the service department, owning processes and systems, and acting as the client's main point of contact. The role is home-based with occasional overnight travel.

• Lead and manage the service department and engineers across the South of the UK.
• Take ownership of processes and systems that are key components of the role.
• Act as a client point of contact, account manage, and service delivery representative.
• Cover various PPM and Reactive maintenance contracts across Commercial, Healthcare and Industrial sectors.

• Salary up to £63,000 depending on experience
• Car allowance

• HVACR or Electrical knowledge – Essential
• NVQ level 2 or above – Desirable
• Full Driving License – Desirable
• CRB checked – Essential
• IT skills and report writing – Essential

This role would suit someone who has worked within HVACR, M&E, Construction, Building Services, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or related industries.
