Position: Regional Contracts Manager - South (Permanent)
Service Operations Manager - Building Services / HVACR / Electrical - Up to 60k + Package

We are recruiting for a growing Building Services organisation who are looking for a Service Operations Manager to lead the organisations engineers across the South of the UK, to help grow the department, take ownership of the processes and systems which are a key component of this role.

This role requires someone with experience of managing a service department and building the service they offer to their clients. Someone used to being out there and account managing and being a client's point of contact.

This role is working from home and requires someone with the flexibility to stay overnight away from home as and when.
This service manager's role is covering various PPM and Reactive maintenance contracts across the Commercial Healthcare and Industrial sectors.

• Salary up to £63,000 Dependant on Experience

Service Operations Manager - Requirements

• HVACR or Electrical knowledge - Essential

• NVQ level 2 or above - Desirable

• Full Driving License - Desirable

• CRB Checked - Essential

• IT Skills and Report Writing - Essential

This would suit someone who has worked within HVACR, M&E, Construction, Building Services. Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, Fire & Security or within other applicable industries.
