Role OverviewAs Delivery Director, you will spearhead our Oracle Applications Unlimited portfolio—combining strategic influence, commercial ownership, and people leadership will lead a high-performing team, shape managed services, and deliver real business value for top-tier clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a portfolio worth £/€12 million, owning full P&L responsibility.
- Manage and grow a team of 100+ consultants across the UK, Ireland, and India.
- Deliver mission-critical services to over 70 enterprise customers.
- Drive profitability and growth through sharp forecasting, margin management, and customer retention.
- Collaborate with commercial and bid teams to win new business and expand existing accounts.
- Lead on high-stakes bids, pricing strategies, and customer presentations.
- Manage a diverse and talented team across functional, technical, DBA/OCI disciplines.
- Foster a culture of excellence, engagement, and innovation.
- Be a mentor, strategist, and champion of Version 1’s core values.
- Deep experience in Oracle Applications Unlimited.
- Proven leadership in portfolio or programme management with budgets of £/€500k–3m+.
- High commercial awareness and ability to manage, report, and analyse GP, EBITDA, margin for your team.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to recruit and retain a strong team of consultants and execute resource planning.
- Passion for customer success, commercial acumen, and ability to lead under pressure.
