• Contract Negotiation

  Lead the negotiations of both contractual t&c's & pricing.

  Support and manage both UK-based and international markets, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion.

  Key strategic contract management.
• Team Leadership
  :
  Guide and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  :
  Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong relationships and drive business success.
• Strategic Collaboration
  :
  Partner with cross-functional teams such as Supply Chain and Operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.
• Continuous Improvement
  :
  Champion initiatives for continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and best practices throughout the business.

• Proven experience in managing contracts in the UK defence sector.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A strategic thinker who can balance operational management with long-term business growth.
• Ideally some experience within a customer facing commercial role within the defence sector.
• Eligibility for security clearance if not already held.
